Democrats drop the 'nuclear' bomb, so what happens next?
Thu Nov 21, 2013
Bottom line: the Constitution never imagined the filibuster, so we should really eliminate it completely and have the Congress operate the way the Constitution envisioned, which was majority vote in both houses of Congress and a Presidential signature.
Skydivers leap to escape fiery collision of planes over Wisconsin
Sun Nov 3, 2013
Jumping from a jet will probably kill you. Only particular aircraft are suitable for skydiving; they have to be planes where you can jump from a door and not hit a wing or get sucked into an engine. A passenger jet is not designed for this.

Korean-American man sues Queens Hooters over racial slur on receipt
Wed Sep 12, 2012
Sorry, an employer is responsible for the actions of its employees. Had the waitress punched him, would Hooters be held responsible? Of course. Now a racial slur may not be worth a huge sum, but the restaurant is responsible.
